Tracy Luther began working as the Assistant Director of the Cox Scholars Program in July 2021. He is responsible for the recruitment of and programmatic support for Cox Scholars, as well as the administrative processes of the Cox Scholars Program. In his work, he is passionate about developing a strong community of scholars while facilitating opportunities for professional development and personal growth.
Tracy grew up in Plainfield, IN, and completed his Bachelor's of Science in Business Management through the Kelley School of Business in 2018. He is currently pursuing a Master's of Public Affairs with a concentration in Policy Analysis through the O'Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs, with the intent of understanding how policy can influence the types of federal and state aid available to students while promoting greater accessibility in higher education.
Prior to working with the Cox Scholars Program, Tracy has worked with the Office of Scholarships at IU Bloomington, the WonderLab Museum of Science, Health and Technology, the IU Auditorium, and the Latino Cultural Center "La Casa" at IU Bloomington.
