Brandon is an Assistant Director at the Student Involvement and Leadership Center. He works specifically in the area of community engagement, focusing on educating and connecting students and student organizations to volunteer opportunities in the community. In his community engagement role, he serves as the Coordinator for the Cox Civic Scholars and places, trains, and supervises the Cox Civic Scholars in their nonprofit agencies. He is also an excellent resource to all Cox Scholars who are interested in community service and engagement.

Before working at Indiana University Bloomington, Brandon worked in many different nonprofit agencies focused on issues of hunger, homelessness, and poverty here in Bloomington. Brandon received his bachelor’s degree in social work from Ball State University and his master’s degree in divinity from North Park Theological Seminary.
