Max Witeof serves as the Coordinator for the Cox Legacy Scholars Program. Working with students who understand hard work and academic drive is a joy for Max, as he himself took on multiple jobs during his high school and undergraduate career to pay for his education. Max is committed to supporting the students that earned the honor of being a Cox Scholar because they represent everything Jesse and Beulah stood for: namely, work ethic and scholarship.

Max completed his Bachelor of Science in neuroscience at The Ohio State University in May of 2017 and is currently a graduate student at Indiana University studying higher education and student affairs. He will be graduating with a Master of Science in May of 2019. As an undergraduate student, Max held various positions in student support as a resident advisor, a program facilitator for a First Year Success Series on consent education, and a telecounselor answering questions about his undergraduate institution for prospective students.
