Being a Cox Legacy Scholar means embracing a tradition of excellence and responsibility.
Tell us about your work placement experience.
Through working at the Crimson Cupboard I have been able to interact with students that come from a variety of diverse backgrounds.
What is something you have learned through your work?
I have learned that, on campus, supplies are a necessity for more students than I could have ever imagined. The Crimson Cupboard provides a tremendous resource for the Bloomington community as a whole.
How will being a part of the Cox Scholars Program help you in the future?
The Cox Scholars Program has afforded me an opportunity to work while pursuing my degree at a high level. It has also expanded my network of like-minded individuals who inspire to better their communities.
What is your favorite memory as a Cox Scholar?
My favorite memory is all the First Fridays with my peers. I enjoy having the opportunity to get together and spend time with my fellow Cox Scholars.
What do you do outside of the Cox Scholars Program?
Outside of the Cox Scholars Program, I participate in intramural basketball.
