IU Bloomington

Kayli came to IU Bloomington in March 2020 and joined the Cox Scholars Program as a co-coordinator for the Cox Exploratory Scholars in August 2022. She is currently the Senior Assistant Director for Exploratory Students and Programs in Career Exploration & Student Employment. In this role, Kayli helps students in University Division learn more about themselves, explore different majors and careers, and look for ways to start building relevant career experience early in their college career. While Kayli is assigned to work with University Division students, she is happy to help any Cox Scholar on their career development journey.

Kayli considers herself an expert exploratory student as she changed her major three times before graduating with a B.A. in Communication from Hope College. She has a Master of Education in College Student Affairs Leadership from Grand Valley State University and more than a decade of experience helping college students. Kayli is excited to be involved with the Cox Exploratory Scholars Program and promote major and career exploration across the IU Bloomington campus!
