Emily Wilderman joined the Scholarships and Student Experience team at Indiana University Foundation in the fall of 2023. The Scholarships and Student Experience team at IU Foundation supports Indiana University’s Bloomington campus by raising philanthropic support for scholarships and initiatives that maximize student recruitment and retention and elevate the educational experience. Emily’s role as Associate Director of Development includes supporting several university programs, including the Cox Scholars Program, through making connections with donors and alumni who understand the role this program has in changing students’ lives.
Emily is a 2001 Indiana University graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in anthropology. She has a Master of Science in Public Service Administration from the University of Evansville. Emily has been working in the non-profit sector for a decade with experiences in fundraising and event management. She is a proud lifelong Hoosier and is thrilled to be able to give back to the university in a way that is transformational for our campus community and students. Emily is the proud mother of Sophia, IU Cox Scholar Class of 2027.
